It is only a minute walk from the villa to a beautiful beach where you can just relax and enjoy the sound of waves. The Villa is located in a peaceful area and offers full privacy to the guests staying in.
Villa Sea Note has a surface of 4300 square feet and surroundings of additional 3000 square feet. Luxury Villa Sea Note has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 5 bathrooms and is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 8 + 2 persons. Villa also features a special unit on the second floor with an additional bedroom.
The combination of natural stone and modern architecture gives this magnificent building one truly delightful atmosphere. The interior of the villa is tastefully designed, framed by glass walls, which give the impression of open space and create one warm and comfortable home-like atmosphere. The furniture selection perfectly blends with the rest of the villa, which is actually the basis of enjoying the sun, the sea, and the surrounding stone. The main house consists of two floors and it can accommodate 8 persons. A second floor is a separated unit with a private entrance with 1 double bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed for 4 extra persons. In addition to the beautifully decorated interior, there is a beautiful sea view terrace on the second floor. In the main house, on the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are overlooking the sea. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a warm, inviting living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Guest bathroom with toilet and shower are on the ground floor.
