The ground floor of beautiful Luxury Villa Aria consists of a large airy living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen leading out on to the pool terrace, there is also a laundry area a small gym, and a sauna area. Most of the walls facing the sea are glass so the views are spectacular. Villa has a bright and spacious living-dining room has large panoramic doors that open to a beautiful poolside terrace with wonderful views of the bay and turquoise sea. You can choose to dip in the inviting swimming pool, laze in the glorious hot tub or simply bask in the sunshine. Those with more energy can make great use of the gym room and there is also a sauna, table tennis and bicycles available for guests to use.
The bedrooms are spread over 2 floors and have been decorated and furnished with simple elegance with splashes of contemporary color throughout to awake a clean and vibrant feel. All five bedrooms have ensuite facilities, making this a fantastic house for a group of friends as well as families.

Zaton is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. It has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine! The sea in Zaton is a particularly vivid colour and Zaton was a favourite of the old Dubrovnik aristocratic families who used to holiday there.
