This elegantly decorated Luxury Villa Golden Fortress is situated in the seaside town of Orašac which lies within easy access to Dubrovnik city. The Luxury Villa Golden Fortress offers guests a wonderful retreat in a luxurious setting with fabulous sea views surrounded by picturesque countryside.

The Luxury Villa Golden Fortress is approached via a country lane into the parking area. The villa is set on 3 floors and can be approached via the parking area(around 15 steps) or via the main entrance (around 8 steps). The ground floor features the main entrance hall, spacious lounge, beautifully designed kitchen with Central Island, dining room which can seat up to 10 persons, guest cloakroom. Doors from the lounge lead out to a shady sea view patio. The first floor features 5 bedrooms in total detail as follows: 3 double (queen size) bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and doors leading out to a shared set view terrace with seating. There is also one bedroom with twin beds and garden view and one bedroom with daybed plus additional pull out bed and pool view. The second floor (eaves) features a master bedroom with a double (king size) bed, sofa seating area and 2 balconies, one with sea view and one with pool view. There is a separate spacious bathroom. There is also another double (queen size) bedroom and walk-in wardrobe.

Outside, guests can enjoy a terraced outdoor pool with sea view. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen near the pool area with BBQ pit and seating for up to 14 persons.  The pool is accessed via steps down from the house. It can also be accessed from the kitchen.
