Villa Mediterranean Harmony is a beautifully restored country house hidden away in a 78500 square ft large olive grove and aromatic garden on the southern hill of the island of Šipan. Šipan is the most intimate of the Elaphiti Islands and will delight you with its nature, rich cultural heritage, traditional cuisine, and nature. It is close enough to Dubrovnik to enjoy its vibrant lifestyle and still at the blessed distance to relax and unwind. It is also a sheltered start point for wonderful (nautical) trips in the archipelago. In the past noble families from the Republic of Dubrovnik built their summer residences on this beautiful island to relax and escape the city hustle. Bathing in the sun it enjoys breathtaking panoramic views over the valley and the sea.
This authentic Dalmatian house has five bedrooms, three en suite, and two that share two bathrooms on the same floor, sleeping a total of ten guests or two families. Villa Mediterranean Harmony spreads over 2500 square feet.
Villa has large terraces and the infinity pool area with a summer kitchen which invites guests to slow down and enjoy al fresco dining. For sports enthusiasts, there is a table tennis table and a bocce field. Restored to bring out the simple, natural beauty of this home, beamed ceilings, white walls, and vibrant natural fabrics enhance its rustic character. The whole interior decoration is inspired by the vivid colors of fruit that grow all over the island. By using the backdrop as its influence the villa has kept its original charm.
Housekeeping, delivery of groceries, and pre-stocking, a range of concierge services guarantee the maximum of pleasure and comfort. The picturesque fisherman’s town of Suđurađ is nearby. It is one of the two main settlements on Šipan, the most intimate of Dubrovnik’s Elaphite islands that will delight you with its nature, its cultural heritage, and its suitable climate.
