Timeless and elegant architecture, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass fronts create an extraordinary width with a magnificent sea view spread over half an acre of property. This 2-floor villa has 5 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. With its spacious living- and dining areas, the 5000 sq ft. mansion hosts up to 10 guests.
The luxurious Villa Angel’s Dream integrates perfectly into the Mediterranean landscape and has been built over several terraced floors. On the ground floor, there’s an entrance with wardrobe, a spacious living area with a fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and a TV room. A guest bathroom, a gym with a sauna and a shower are also at the disposal, as well as a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The stairs around the atrium lead up to the upper floor with four bedrooms. All of the perfectly designed rooms have a luxury ensuite bathroom and access to one of the balconies. The living area leads out onto the large terrace, which invites to linger with its cozy lounge and an eating area. The two outdoor stairs lead to the pool area with an infinity pool, a separate bathroom, an outdoor kitchen, deckchairs and a perfectly set pergola lounge. Relaxation has never been easier as there are a pool bar and a gorgeous Mediterranean garden that will awake your senses.
The nearby coastal city of Opatija has many stories to tell. The beautiful village used to be called «Nice of the Viennese» – back then when Imperial Franz Joseph went for a swim in its amazing bays. Only minutes away, it’s a place you must see!
