Luxury Villa Silver Pearl is a world-class designed villa for travelers with an implacable taste for excellence. Villa is a perfect blend of glamour, elegance, local feeling, and high-end hospitality, a place where people of all generations can fully relax and enjoy. Villa perfectly captures the spirit of Istria combining Mediterranean lifestyle with surrounding vineyards, forests, and unhindered views of the area with all modern luxuries. Villa Silver Pearl is a luxuriously designed 1.1-hectare property with 3 separate villas. Each villa has its own pool, 2 of which can be heated and covered so that you can enjoy them during cold days too. Every Villa has its own area of 21,528 square feet, and they share 0.5 hectares of woods and fields, including a golf pitching/putting area and a nature trail with hammocks. In a separate building, equally distant from each villa, there is a well-equipped fitness room with an infrared sauna and a steam bath, which the residents of each of the three villas can enjoy.

Luxury Villa Silver Pearl covers the area of 3,230 sq.ft. and has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that can host 8 people.

The interior design of each villa, including furniture and décor, is tailor-made and designed Omer Berber by an architect. The paintings and portraits in each villa are originally signed by Omer and his son, Tarik Berber. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen,  open plan dining area, and kitchen with a large table. Villa is fully air-conditioned and has under-floor heating. The living room has a large TV,  sound system, and direct access to the outdoor covered terrace and pool. The upstairs terrace features a hot tub with stunning views.

Villas bedrooms have Euro King size bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. The Master bedroom has an exit to a covered terrace with sun loungers, while bedroom 2 also has a whirlpool bathtub. All bedrooms have beds that can be divided into Twin beds, to best accommodate every group.

For year-around enjoyment and relaxation, each villa has its own private pool. Two of the pools are heated and covered by a dome enabling even winter-time swimming. The property has a separate fitness and spa house, featuring exercise equipment and a sauna, accessible to guests. On the property, there is also a golf pitching/putting area, volleyball and badminton court, bocce court, walking trails, hammock, and benches.  

Together with Villa Golden Pearl and Villa White Pearl, villas can accommodate a maximum of up to 30 people. There is also a villa manager at your service, taking care of anything you might need.
